When you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, Apple, Twitter, Facebook, or Discord), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive or store your password.

Photos

You may upload photos to generate your fighter character. Uploaded photos are processed by our AI pipeline and stored securely. You can request deletion of your photos at any time.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or banking details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and actions taken within the app for analytics and error monitoring purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Seat Fighter:

  • Replicate — AI image generation and background removal. Your uploaded photos are sent to Replicate for processing.
  • Stripe — Payment processing.
  • Vercel — Application hosting and blob storage for generated assets.
  • Neon — Database hosting.
  • Ably — Real-time multiplayer communication.
  • Sentry — Error monitoring.
  • Auth.js — Authentication via OAuth providers.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and authenticate your account. Essential cookies are required for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated fighter data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
